Albion Street, Kent - house

Another collaboration with Geoff Oliver Associates in Kent. This time DOT was asked to design a small family residence on a tight site in the seaside town of Broadstairs.

Located behind a small commercial property, by demolishing the unused out buildings we were left with a relatively square plot. A cottage style property was designed and a 3D visual was used to help client and planners understand how well it could work.

Another example how carefully thought out design can achieve something quite special.
