Avon View, Ringwood.

This three quarter of an acre scheme lies deep within Ringwood’s greenbelt and falls between two Sites of Special Scientific Interest. The brief, after initial conversations with the LPA, was to enlarge the original footprint to afford open plan living to the ground floor with the creation of two additional bedrooms complete with en-suites on the upper floor.

Due to the location of this interesting site, the design and use of materials was scrutinised at every stage to ensure a conservationally sympathetic finished product.
