The Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH) aims to achieve a step-change in environmental performance of new UK homes. The Code is targeted at architects, home designers and builders of new homes. It covers water use, waste generation, and the use of low-polluting materials and processes. Dot. are going to great lengths to be sure that we are up on all Eco options for clients. There may be small things to help developers reach code 3, or more in depth solutions for home owners.

We practice what we preach! Dot. are committed to reducing the amount of waste paper used within our company, as such, all applications are submitted on PDF, and all paper work ( where possible ) is dealt with digitally, alongside this, when clients do require paper drawings, these are all laid out on ‘Eco friendly’ A3 sized packs!
