Harbour Street, Ramsgate - Mixed used

DOT’ first collaboration with Kent based chartered surveyors’, Geoff Oliver Associates. Working alongside Geoff Oliver, DOT where asked to design an exciting yet accurate Georgian scheme in the known tough conservation area of Ramsgate. The proposal was to design ground floor retail with associated maisonettes’ at first and second floor levels after a fire destroyed the existing properties in 2007.

GOA worked with the planners to introduce the idea of an exciting courtyard to a previously disused area of Ramsgate; we were able to design in a two bed townhouse on a tight site.
