Haverstock Road, Bournemouth

This brief, to design a family home with associated parking, is located in a predominately residential area of Bournemouth. The site is a portion of the commonly large gardens found within the area.

Dot. decided to design a sympathetic building that would look as though it always belonged there. An accurate design of Victorian pastiche was favoured, with careful consideration taken to ensure overlooking issues were overcome. As this was a fairly contentious scheme, the client employed the services of the excellent Planning Precision LTD, of who dot liaised with and the team worked brilliantly.
