Huntly Road, Bournemouth - Residential Extension

This scheme came from a recommendation following from the success at St Luke’s Road. The client in this case was really unsure as to what to have, so Dot. worked up a contemporary design that created a really exciting juxtaposition between the Victorian house and timber clad addition. The extension created a larger family room and utility/ laundry room.

3D collages/visuals were drawn up to help the client understand how the extension would work. The scheme flew through planning with minor amendments and is currently under construction.
