Oak Avenue, Christchurch - Family homes

A small development of 2 new family homes in Christchurch. Dot. designed two houses that were each individual in their own right, but at the same time, created a development that was cohesive. This was achieved by each house being designed completely from scratch, and applying similar finishes to each.

The site falls within an area that is considered to be at risk of flood and as such, the design of each house was carefully considered to take into account the Environment Agencies concerns.
