St Lukes Road, Bournemouth - Residential Extension

The brief for this scheme at St Lukes Road in Bournemouth was to design an extension that was in keeping with the character of the building, while offering a ‘wow’ factor. Our response was to extend the footprint of the building at ground floor level, with a low pitch roof sailing back to the existing property. The ‘wow’ factor comes with the vaulted ceilings in the dining area, with two large velux windows breaking through. Offering lots of natural light and a real show piece to the house.

The detailing of the build means that it looks like the extension has always been there, which was our intention from the beginning.
